Women who want to change their homes, families, relationships & identity

Stay True Live is for you if are you ready to:

Learn from a woman who reads bodies, identities, and destiny-level purpose.

Experience what it feels like to be fully supported by women who want to see you win.

Do the work most rooms avoid. The real work: identity, embodiment, nervous system, leadership, and visibility.

Experience transformation in real time. In your body, your purpose, your relationships, and your mission.

Do your butthole-pucker moves with a room that can hold your fear, your truth, and your greatness.

Meet powerhouse women who bet on themselves first, every time.

Feel what it’s like to belong to a circle of women who see you, hear you, and stand with you.

Step into a room of over 150 women who are all saying the same thing you are: I’m ready for more. I’m ready for me. I’m ready to stay true.

Women forget to take care of themselves, and that's exactly the point of this room. Put your own oxygen mask on first. You can't hold anyone else up from empty.

There's a difference between a woman who is building and a woman who is stewarding, and most of you have spent years in building mode without ever stopping to ask what you've actually been given. The marriage. The body. The influence. The daughters watching how you move through a room. The gifts that showed up before you had language for them. The platform, however big or small, that's been carrying your voice this whole time.

Ambition asks what's next. Stewardship asks the harder question. What's here. What's mine to tend. What will I be accountable for, having held it carefully or let it go untouched.

I'm not asking you to slow down. I'm asking you to look at what you're actually holding.

Because the woman who feels most off, most restless, most like she's sprinting in the wrong direction, is usually the one who's been so locked on the next thing that she's left a trail of ungiven attention behind her. To her body. To her marriage. To the calling she hasn't looked at directly in years.

Two days in October is about coming back to what's already yours, your body, your marriage, your calling, your whole self, and asking what it needs from you now, before you hand it off to the next thing on the list.

My goal for you these two days:

  • To not "learn more stuff" but to learn more about who you are, what makes you tick, what emotion is covered under your blocks, why you want to run from your current life, to release your stress/overwhelm, and to forget about your task list.

  • I want you to remember what it's like to have the BEST DAY ever. Not what how productive you are at work or how many employees you lead... but who you are underneath that. What makes YOU happy.. what brings YOU joy... what does joy feel like in your body???

What I built at Stay True Live is different.

Every experience, every moment in that room, is designed so that your body does the work. Not your notes. Not your workbook. Not the voice memo you recorded on the drive home.

You won't need to remember it because you'll have already lived it.

There isn't one event I've been to that allows this to happen. So I built it.

2025 Stay True Live!

Words From Last Year's Room.

Heather Mattson

I left the event feeling like I don’t have to carry it all alone. That there’s a community where I can take up space, where I can expand without guilt. I’ve always made sure my family never got my leftovers, but I’ve been giving myself the leftovers. It’s time to change that. Even without knowing anyone, I felt deeply connected: to cheer, cry, and celebrate with complete strangers who somehow felt like family. I’m here for community. And I’m here for me.

Kristin Jacobsen

I can take the fear out of being in rooms like this. I have the ability to have duality where I can hold some really hard things along with celebrating a lot of awesome women and stories! Before I would avoid situations that may be challenging because I would only cry and I did not like that about myself!

Kyra Olson

I felt the pull from the event post leading up to the day to be able to walk into a room full of people whom I didn’t know by myself which is something I rarely do. 2. I told my story for the first time ever besides to my husband to a table of women I never meant before. I don’t know why or how but the energy in that room was absolutely breathtaking and it just came out and I felt scared but relieved.

Denise McCollum

The energy and vibration and love was filled in that room with so many souls that are feeling the same way with each different experiences that we all have endured.

My biggest realization is that I had never been modeled how to hold space for women. I have not felt confident with how to support women….how to be, not just a good friend, but part of a support system. Being shown in real-time how to do that was absolutely incredible.

I'm dr. Tiff! Welcome to my living room!

Hi! I'm your Stay True Live HOST!

When women come together with nothing to prove, something shifts. Not just in their businesses, in the field. The culture bends. The noise clears. The real work begins.

My favorite people to lead? High-performing, mission-led women. I love pushing them into alignment, where leadership includes softness, legacy includes joy, and the voice doesn't flinch.

Join me. I promise you will leave the room changed.
